The whole field team. There is no one else.

We are also undertakers. We understand the weight of grief.

Our clients usually reach out during life’s most difficult moments. As husband-and-wife directors who also serve as experienced undertakers, we understand the intricacies of end-of-life care and the absolute respect a sensitive scene requires.

We do not manage from behind a desk. We lead from the front and stay hands-on with every job. Our field team is an exclusive group of four, completed by two trusted siblings, which means no outsourced labour, and no strangers in your private space.

Four kinds of work. One standard.

All services in detail
Two SFC technicians in full protective coveralls, respirators and goggles bagging waste on a Singapore job

Crime scenes, unattended passings, blood and advanced decomposition. We remove the biological hazard, neutralise the odour at its source, and dispose of everything legally.

Behind extreme clutter there are usually complex emotions. We clear systematically, with patience and zero judgment, then deep-clean everything the clutter was hiding.

Renovation dust travels into every track, rail and recess. We detail the places a general clean never reaches, so the space is genuinely ready to live in.

Everyday cleaning done with the precision we learned somewhere much harder, and always by the same four people.

What happens now

Most people have never had to make this call before.

So here is exactly how it goes, start to finish.

01

You call.

Any hour. You speak to one of the directors, not a call centre, and not someone reading from a script.

02

We ask a few questions.

What has happened, where it is, and who is with you right now. Enough for us to bring the right equipment and the right protection the first time.

03

We come and look ourselves.

One of us attends and assesses the space in person. You are told plainly what the work involves, including anything that cannot be saved.

04

You know the scope before we start.

What will be cleaned, what will be removed, and how the waste will be disposed of. Agreed with you first, not decided afterwards.

05

We restore it, and hand it back.

Decontaminated, deodorised at the source, and all hazardous waste disposed of in accordance with regulations. We walk the space with you before we leave.

Not sure where to start? Just tell us what has happened.

Why standard cleaning is not enough

Household supplies cannot neutralise a bloodborne pathogen.

Specialised biohazard work demands scientific knowledge and strict safety protocols: industrial-grade enzymatic cleaners, specified personal protective equipment, advanced extraction, and legally compliant disposal of every contaminated material we remove.

Why families trust us.

01

Owner-operated accountability

You communicate directly with the decision-makers on site. The people quoting the work are the people doing it.

02

Strict legal compliance

Safe, by-the-book handling, transport and disposal of all hazardous waste, in accordance with environmental and health regulations.

03

Compassionate support

A respectful, empathetic presence that prioritises your privacy, from people who do this work for a living, and understand what the day has already cost you.

If you are standing in it right now, call us.

You do not need to know what to ask for. Tell us what has happened and we will take it from there, at any hour, on any day.
