What will be cleaned, what will be removed, and how the waste will be disposed of. Agreed with you first, not decided afterwards.
We restore it, and hand it back.
Decontaminated, deodorised at the source, and all hazardous waste disposed of in accordance with regulations. We walk the space with you before we leave.

Can I clean it myself?
Please do not. Blood and decomposition carry bloodborne pathogens, and household supplies cannot neutralise them. The risk is real, and so is the emotional cost of doing it yourself.
Who will come?
One of the directors, and members of our family team. It is the same four people on every job, never agency crews or subcontractors.
Will the smell come back?
Odour from decomposition penetrates deep into floors, walls and structural foundations. We treat it at the source with industrial-grade enzymatic agents rather than masking it at the surface.
What happens to the waste?
Biohazardous material cannot simply be thrown away. We handle, transport and dispose of it in accordance with local environmental and health regulations.
Will anyone know?
We work with quiet professionalism and strict respect for your privacy. What happened in your home is not discussed outside it.
