Any hour. You speak to one of the directors, not a call centre, and not someone reading from a script.

What has happened, where it is, and who is with you right now. Enough for us to bring the right equipment and the right protection the first time.
We come and look ourselves.
One of us attends and assesses the space in person. You are told plainly what the work involves, including anything that cannot be saved.
You know the scope before we start.
What will be cleaned, what will be removed, and how the waste will be disposed of. Agreed with you first, not decided afterwards.
We restore it, and hand it back.
Decontaminated, deodorised at the source, and all hazardous waste disposed of in accordance with regulations. We walk the space with you before we leave.
